Delivery is Normally within 48 Hours

A) Delivery is UK mainland Only, any other destinations are subject to additional charges, please contact sales@cartridgesuk.com for further details.
Delivery will in most case's, be next working day and a signature will be required.

Delivery of all orders are dispatched by courier or post (smaller items) we make every effort to deliver your items prompty, but We Cannot be Held Responsible for stock shortages or unforseeable circumstances.(PLEASE DO NOT CONFIRM FITTING OR OTHER WORKS, UNTIL GOODS RECEIVED)
We will only (as standard) deliver to the ground floor of a property and deliveries are usually made with one man and additional assistance may be required for larger items.
We hope the delivery date is convenient,if not please advise as soon as possible (Before dispatch) and we will re-arrange a delivery date to suit.
ALL DELIVERIES SHOULD BE SIGNED UNCHECKED.
B) Order Cancellations, Before delivery-FREE OF CHARGE.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date free of charge.
European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are in the original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition with GOODS return note enclosed and completed .
The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of those goods.
You would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us at your cost.
When returning goods, Please ensure adequate postal insurance, as transit damaged goods will not be refunded.
All unwanted goods MUST be returned in Original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of delivery.
Any Goods returned to be in breach of the above or covered in brown tape or written on etc will be subject to a 50% Surcharge.
If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products. We will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
