A) All prices shown are in £Sterling, the price displayed on our website is the price you pay at the time we receive your order excluding any additional special offers which are shown in your checkout total.

B) All our products are subject to availability, should for some reason the chosen items/item not be available we will offer an alternative or give a full refund.

C) Payments can be made by major credit/debit cards, online, telephone or by post and are powered by PayPal. Cheques payments are acceptable by post with the order or upon collection, cash on a collection basis only. (PLEASE DO NOT POST CASH)

D) Delivery is UK mainland Only,any other destinations are subject to additional charges, please contact Sales@cartridgesuk.com for further details. Delivery will in most case's be within 1-2 working days and a signature will be required. Delivery of all orders are dispatched by courier or post (smaller items) we make every effort to deliver your items prompty,but We Cannot be Held Responsible for stock shortages or unforseeable circumstances. (PLEASE DO NOT CONFIRM FITTING OR OTHER WORKS, UNTIL GOODS RECEIVED) We will only (as standard) deliver to the ground floor of a property and deliveries are usually made with one man and additional assistance may be required for larger items. We hope the delivery date is convenient, if not please advise as soon as possible (Before dispatch) and we will re-arrange a delivery date to suit. ALL DELIVERIES SHOULD BE SIGNED AND CHECKED.

E) Order Cancellations, Before delivery-FREE OF CHARGE. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date free of charge.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are in a resalable condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of those goods. You would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us at the cost of £50.00. If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products. We will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.

F) All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

G) General information.If you are unsure about any aspect of your purchase i.e.warranty,description,colour etc please do not hesitate to contact Advantage Printer Consumables Ltd and we will be happy to help.
Our product range is growing daily should an item you require not be shown please e-mail,phone or fax with product name,code and colour and we will endeavour to return within 48hrs.

3. What rights do I have as an e-consumer?

Under distance selling regulations (which apply only in the EEA) you have the right:

to have the sale and delivery of goods completed within 30 days of your order (unless the parties to the sale agree otherwise);
to a refund as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days if the goods you ordered are unavailable;
to return goods within seven days of their receipt, and require a refund (the supplier is entitled to deduct the costs of carriage). There are exceptions for perishable goods, custom-made goods, and dated goods (such as magazines);
to cancel a payment where goods have been ordered through unauthorised or fraudulent use of your credit or debit card.
4. Key points to bear in mind

When you buy online:

Use a credit card rather than a debit card. You will have more protection.
? Only purchases in excess of one hundred pounds sterling, within the UK, are covered by the major credit card companies.
Make sure that the company is based within the UK or EEA. If not you risk losing your money if the goods do not turn up or are defective. You could also be surcharged for import duty and VAT.
Never give credit card or personal information as part of any purchase by email, or via a web page that is not encrypted.
If the form with your details is sent encrypted the small padlock icon in the corner of your browser will be shown as locked.
Print out each screen that contains details of your purchase. If you need to complain at a later date these pages will provide the information you need.
If you purchase goods that do not originate from within the UK, but the company you are contracting with for the sale of goods is based within the UK (such as companies who offer cheap imported goods), you are covered by UK consumer protection law.

Just because a site has a '.uk' domain name it does not mean that it trades from within the UK, or that the company operating it is registered in the UK.
